Introduction

Nigeria: We will discuss from PP5 to OPs. We think what is important is to plan ahead and plan for tomorrow at 9 AM. At first, we thought there was opposition from other delegates, but now realize they were addressing a gap. Addressing this gap will allow law enforcement to improve data collection.
