The world of crime including drugs is seamless and border-less. It is the gaps in the control mechanisms that need to be addressed.

The world drug problems are numerous and have led to increased flows of illicit money and the principle of joint responsibility will be key in tackling this problem.
This strategy should have two fronts.
A: Richer countries should assist financially and technically
B: Greater exchange of real time information sharing and communication
