Welcome to another year of live reporting from the annual meeting of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) in Vienna!

The CNDblog was initially established by Harm Reduction International to provide live reporting of the discussions and decisions adopted at the CND. This year, the International Drug Policy Consortium will collaborate with Youth Rise to offer timely updates on the CND proceedings.

Reporting on CNDblog is uploaded as the debates themselves are taking place, making CNDblog the fastest and most complete record of what is happening at CND. Be sure to check the blog often, and encourage your colleagues who have not been able to attend this year’s CND to have a look at the blog, to get the latest highlights of the meeting and various side events taking place at the margins of the CND!

We will start blogging from Monday 12th March until Friday 16th March 2012, when the CND meeting comes to a close.
