We propose to slightly amend the agenda, in consultation with a series of delegations. Our intention is to assist in the deliberations of the process, and what options are available. Also, what role can we ask the secretariat to play in the process.

One example was raised – the WHO plays an integral role, but because of lack of funding, this body cannot meet. there is a need for strong collaboration between WHO, UNODC, CND.
