We think that all consumer, transit and producer countries have to be responsible for the issues that are faced. We agree with the Japanese statement to improve the existing bodies that are in place. We also think that liquidating the threat from Afghanistan is key to protecting security around the world. The issue of shared responsibility must focus on the Afghan problem, and the UN missions must be strengthened in Afghanistan.
