The inter-linkages of drugs and corruption in Indonesia is something we need to deal with. Indonesia believes a lack of training for nurses and health care professionals can be a main cause of illicit drugs being used inappropriately. A lack of monitoring can also be a major issue. In our view it is imperative to tackle these issues as it will make a big difference in ensuring that illicit drugs can be used for licit purposes.
