We have seen increases in cannabis and psychotropic substances. The scale of the task is so vast, we have a multi-sectoral approach and a 5 year program. Our territorial issues create further problems,like our large deserts and cannabis spreading from morrocco.
Transit of drugs has grown as well, alongside migration of citizens which compounds the issue.
We use bilateral coordination to try to tackle these issues and have cooperated with European countries extensively and we actively use the participation of civil society and the education syste.
