Plenary Day 3: President of INCB

Changes in national legislation, especially in relation to substances not under current international controls is a positive step and we encourage governments to transmit regular information on pre-cursors to the INCB, in addition to the mandatory flows of information to the INCB.

The boards dialogue with governments are confidential and this should encourage further submission of information. Our reports info comes from governments and we encourage this and want to enhance dialogue with member states.

The board having enough resources is vital for the INCB to continue its work in dialogue with member states and in monitoring the international drug control system, we encourage support for the INCB role
