Plenary Day 3: Second roundtable summary

– Emphasis on limiting pre-chemical remains a priority
– Precursors on route to Afghanistan is a great concern
– Global increase in ATS is a concern, INCB were praised for their successes
– The online system by the INCB is encouraged to be used by member states
– Legislation must be checked to ensure it doesn’t allow any controlled chemical through enforcement measures
– Govs should assess needs of licit chemicals
– Govs encouraged to better monitor licit control industry
– The private sector is a key partner in controlling key chemicals
