“Promoting prescription drug return initiatives”
 to
“Changes to the title “promoting initiative for the safe and secure return for disposal of prescription drugs including those containing internationally controlled substances”

Inclusion to the text about urging member states to develop awareness raising and prevention strategies.

Some other small grammatical changes.
