Honoured to be the last speaker. World Drug problem is transnational and multifaceted problem the conventions are the foundations of combatting this problem. We are convinced that the coordinated activity of international community is the best way to address the drug problem. Have designed policies from public health and human rights perspective. Reducing transiting of drugs through Chile and other trafficking are priorities. Are working regionally to attack trafficking and money laundering. Need more action on illicit crops. Individual rights and human rights need to be protected. Demand reduction is done through campaigns. Scientific research, treatment, and support is important in helping people with addiction. There are tribunals which impose treatment of addicts to take time off sentences. All approaches need to take into account human wellbeing. Abolish the death penalty in all countries. International cooperation is pivotal in working on drug issues.
