We are the largest group providing care to these communities around the world. We promote advocacy and harm reduction activities and promote more public health based approaches.

4 years ago, drugs users, prison populations and HIV communities were promised greater care, however there is still much more to do and access to healthcare must be improved. The problems of drug use must be based on public health perspective and have access to medicines as well as having civil society inclusion. Measures to protect children from drug abuse should be improved and we offer our assistance in this matter.

The youth declaration made some years ago called to :promote right to know about substance related harm knowledge and eliminate stigma abot HIV. We must support this cause.
