We fully endorse the INCB report. It is truly crucial to maintain the fragile balance between supply and demand and we would like to add to the statement made by American colleagues that the stocks and material of narcotic drugs must be retained as annual stocks on an annual basis, and no longer than on a annual basis. This will prevent an over-stocking of medical stocks which allows pharmaceutical companies to manipulate stock levels
